…What’s next for the Carbon Challenge?
Steve Mickley is meeting this week with Bob Clark, Senior Engineered Wood Specialist for the APA, to discuss the next phases of the APA Carbon Challenge and how AIBD members can participate.
In 2011, APA challenged Florida designers to design a house with the smallest environmental footprint and awarded over $15,000 in cash prizes to the winners. AIBD Certified Professional member, David Pillsbury, designed one of the winning entries.

The marketing message to our core market – existing, past and future designer members – has been updated to state:
