The Portfolio Home Plans internet database facilitates worldwide exposure for home designers looking to quickly and easily publish any number of plans on an instant storefront. Portfolio Home Plans is zero-risk silent sales agent offering designers the ideal fusion of support and control. PHP maintains the central database and resellers market the site, designers are allowed to make sales while continuing to focus on product quality.
The Portfolio Home Plans internet database is an online warehouse filled with home plans from talented and diverse architectural experts across the nation, giving resellers the power to activate a virtual storefront with no added payroll, inventory or rent. Because the PHP model requires no maintenance or customer service from the reseller, it is quite possibly the simplest and most effective means to add value to your business.
Our experts have created a simple web coding process to allow resellers to establish the virtual storefront within minutes. PHP is a web portal designed to merge seamlessly into your current site, therefore allowing customers to view our home plans without ever leaving your webpage.
When resellers integrate PHP into their current business, customers are given access to a vast array of custom home plans and have the ability to search the library, save favorites, collaborate directly with the designers, email plans to friends and family and purchase plans. Though the customer never leaves your site, PHP securely manages all aspects of customer service, including payment, shipment, order fulfillment and technical questions.

Certified Vinyl Siding: Verifiably Green (December 3rd, 11th, and 17th)
True sustainability of buildings requires a thorough understanding of the impacts of products and materials, not simply choosing a natural material, or the one with high recycled content. That’s why it’s important to use life cycle thinking as we design and renovate buildings. Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is a method for identifying the environmental impacts of a product, process or activity over its entire lifespan. It allows us to identify the most environmentally sound products such as vinyl siding, rather than relying on recycled content, renewable materials, and other single-issue measures. More…
Certified Insulated Siding: Quality, Comfort and Energy Performance (December 2nd & 4th)
Now accepted as home insulation in various energy efficiency programs due to its ability to reduce thermal bridging, insulated siding has been added to the checklist of building products or methodologies that can help meet the requirements to qualify new homes under ENERGY STAR Qualified Homes V3. It is also included in the 2015 International Energy Conservation Code among the materials that can be used as continuous insulation outside of the building framing to provide the required total wall R-value for buildings. Application for managing field reports – limited (FREE) offer.
ArchiSnapper is an application for managing field reports. Construction professionals use ArchiSnapper to collect important data (like observations, notes, pictures, sketches, people present, …) with a smartphone or tablet during site visits. Field reports are created straight from the tablet or smartphone but it’s also possible to fine-tune reports at the office (via an online account) before sending them out.
ArchiSnapper is currently looking for feedback from US users. They have lots of users in Europe, but want to get more feedback from US users to make sure ArchiSnapper fits their needs as well. They have a program with an interesting offer for about 50 US construction professionals. The offer is to use ArchiSnapper for free in exchange for feedback (a short Skype call or mail every X months). There are currently 18 places left in the program. Participants can use ArchiSnapper for free for as long as they like, no strings attached. They’ll get the same features and support of paying users.
