We heard from Michigan member John Zito this past week and he shared how the Monday Minute successfully led him to getting published.  

Just an update on one of the AIBD weekly minutes from August 4. There was an inquiry for luxury laundry rooms and we happened to be in design for one at the time. I got a small mention in the article, but hey, it’s definitely good press. Thanks to AIBD for putting it out there. My mention is in the fourth or fifth paragraph. Here is the link:


AIBD Executive to Meet PIMA

On Tuesday, AIBD Executive Director, Steve Mickley, is attending reception hosted by the Polyisocyanurate Insulation Manufacturers Association (PIMA) in Washington, DC. PIMA advances the use of polyiso insulation and is one of the nation’s foremost industry advocates for energy-efficient practices and policies and had been recognized by both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Sustainable Building Industries Council for advocacy and products that both contribute to this country’s efforts to promote energy efficiency and combat global warming.  


AIBD Mississippi

The AIBD Mississippi Society is hosting its fall meeting and educational session Friday, November 11, in Hattiesburg, MS at the Conestoga Steak House, 6313 Hwy. 49, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.
