Timber Home Living magazine’s 2013 People’s Choice winner designed by AIBD Certified Member Robert Matthews.

…The people pick ARDA winner as 2013 favorite.

In their first-ever Readers’ Choice Awards survey, Timber Homes Living magazine presented close to 150 entries in more than nine different categories to their more than 4,500 Facebook friends and had them vote for their favorites. The result? AIBD Certified Member Robert Matthews of Colorado wins the Best Home Under 2500 s.f. category.

“This design works well in giving homeowners open and gracious living spaces, while still providing areas that are set away and protected, offering a sense of privacy in the space of a smaller home,” says George Klemens, owner of Timberbuilt in North Collins, New York.

…Retractions, corrections and omissions.

We encourage everyone to take a second look at last week’s lead article. CLICK HERE. Last week, the MondayMINUTE reported about the many winning projects recognized by Orlando Live magazine. Unfortunately, we forgot to include AIBD Certified Member Tony Weremeichik of Canin and Associates, one of the runner-up winners. The error was corrected as soon as we learned about the omission, but if you were one of the first 150 MondayMINUTE readers last week, you missed learning about his outstanding work.
